Born and raised in Brazil, Patricia is an avid fitness lover. From a very young age, she was immersed in classical dance (Ballet, Tap, Jazz) -something she continued until the age of 24. Due to shoulder and back injuries and no longer being able to dance, Patricia found a new fitness passion - Spinning® (indoor cycling). Her passion for cycling led her to become a Certified Spinning® Instructor through Madd Dog Athletics.
In addition, Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, CPR/AED certification through the American Red Cross, a Nutritional Consultant certification through AAAI/ISMA, is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and a Kettlebell Instructor through Kettlebell Concepts.
In her spare time, Patricia enjoys spending time with her family and 4 year old son, cycling outdoors, and attending the occasional ballet class!
Kevin Mendoza devotes his time and energy to sharing and expanding his knowledge of health and wellness. Originally from New York, he began exercising to old workout VHS cassettes at the age of 9. In the 10th grade, he discovered the high school weight room where he learned how to lift weights. He was introduced to bodybuilding in college and competed in amateur shows after graduation. Late 2013, Kevin became addicted to Olympic Weightlifting. It's obvious he loves the idea of growing stronger.
Kevin's training philosophy is “A good looking body doesn't always feel good, but a body that feels good always looks great. His background in different training modalities with lifting weights allows for a variety of programs that strengthen key muscles for structural integrity and functionality.Holding National Association Fitness Certifications (NAFC) of Personal Trainer, Health & Wellness Coach, Nutrition Coach, and a Basic Olympic Lifting Certification (BOLC) from Totten Training Systems, Kevin has much knowledge to share.
Diana Baron was born and raised in Stone Mountain, GA. She became interested in food and health when she became a vegetarian at age 11. Although she now considers herself an ethical omnivore, her interest in nutrition and health often centered around vegetarianism throughout her teens. She was not athletic until she joined the cross country team in high school, which taught her that she was physically capable of much more than she thought. She not only received most improved team member her junior year of high school, but also placed in the top 10 in some of her cross country races. She now loves to run, and is currently training for her first half marathon.
After completing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History, she began working in a health food store, where she quickly deepened to her knowledge by learning about supplements and herbs. She will begin pursuing a Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition in September 2014. She is a certified Personal trainer through AAAI/ISMA. In addition to lifting weights and swinging kettlebells at the gym, Diana loves hiking, trail running, hula hooping, tai chi, contra dancing, and finding new, fun ways to be active. Other interests include art, traveling, and learning new languages

Growing up in the south, Kayla spent the majority of her days outside and playing softball as a child. She always carried extra weight growing up, often referred to as being "big boned". She made a change in her life, and although very difficult at times, managed to lose almost 100lbs! Now that she's trained with Patricia for over a year and a half, she knows she wants to be able to use her story and knowledge to help others.
After spending the last 5 years in retail, Kayla decided it was time for a career change! She has always enjoyed being able to help people feel confident about themselves, whether it be through fashion or sharing her knowledge and love of fitness! She holds her CPR/AED through the American Red Cross, and is a certified Personal Trainer thgouh AAAI/ISMA.
In her spare time, Kayla is planning a wedding! She also enjoys trying new recipes and spending time with her family.

In addition to one-on-one personal training, you can participate in small group training, Kettle bell training, Suspension Classes, Indoor Cycling, Cross-Training classes and much more.
